About Me

Hi, I'm Dawn Adcock and I have spent many years making cakes for friends and family in my spare time.  In 2018 I retired after 42 years working in NHS management and administration.  I finally have the time to concentrate on my business making bespoke wedding and celebration cakes whilst at the same time doing something that is a passion of mine and that I thoroughly enjoy.  I am a perfectionist which I hope is portrayed in the standard and quality of my work.

I have learnt many of my skills from undertaking intensive training from a well known and respected Wedding Cake specialist in the West Midlands.    She has taught around the world and I was lucky enough to spend precious time with her honing my skills and learning from the best.

I only use the finest quality ingredients for my cakes using superior quality chocolate and fondant to give my cakes  a professional finish.  The beautiful sugar flowers on my cakes are all handmade to order and customers can choose from a variety of styles and colours.

There is nothing more satisfying to me than seeing the look on a customers face when they collect their  bespoke cake.
